St Peters Community Hall and Garden, Fairwater, Cardiff, holds its Christmas Fair on 17 November 2018. It’s at the Community Hall in St Fagan’s Rd, Fairwater, from 11am until 2pm. Everyone’s welcome and it’s free to go in. There are all kinds of activities to keep the children’s attention, including crafts and a chance to meet Father Christmas.
Here’s a message I received from Blodyntatws22 asking for the support of everyone who loves Fairwater to donate for Christmas lights for the Green via this link:
“We are local residents and businesses who want to raise funds to put lights down the Green this Christmas. We are aiming for a 1 December light up. We have already raised half of the total needed through donations from the Fairwater Pub, Mr Coffi and our local Fairwater Councillors. Please give what you can for our first Light Up Fairwater. Thank you!”
“Rydym yn grŵp o drigolion a busnesau lleol sydd am godi arian i osod goleuadau nadolig yn y ‘Green’ eleni. Rydym yn anelu at droi’r goleuadau ymlaen ar 1 Rhagfyr. Rydym eisoes wedi codi hanner yr arian trwy roddion gan dafarn y Fairwater, Mr Coffi a’n Cynghorwyr lleol. Gofynnwn yn garedig am eich cefnogaeth er mwyn ‘Goleuo’r Tyllgoed’ am y tro cyntaf erioed. Diolch yn fawr!”
Whether you can dig, plant or just drink tea, St Peter’s Garden needs you help Fairwater! Just call along at the Garden on the times/days shown on the poster. You can get Time Credits for your efforts. Enjoy.
